The allotted number of revisions is based on your selected package and you can demand as much revisions as stated in your package details. We focus on providing the best services to our customers and will continue revising until your needs is met. You are not liable to pay additional price if the design concepts are not changed. You will have your revised design in 48 hours.
Any changes/revisions requested after the logo designs are finalized will be treated as a new order and charged separately.
REFUND POLICY
Puffix Marketing refund policy will be nil if;
CANCELLATION POLICY:
We require a minimum of 30 days’ notice for any cancellation of services related to your website project. This notice period allows us to wrap up any ongoing work, make necessary backups, and facilitate a seamless transition.
If you decide to cancel our services, please notify us in writing or via email at least 30 days before the intended cancellation date. This notice should include your reasons for cancellation and any specific requirements you may have during the transition period.
CLAIM YOUR REFUND

After you have received your refund, you will not have any rights to any designs submitted by Puffix Marketing, the information will be submitted the Copyright Acquisition of the Government Copyright Agencies to maintain legality.
GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
The terms and conditions at Puffix Marketing are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the law of the United States without regarding its conflicts of laws principles. Furthermore, you and Puffix Marketing agree to the jurisdiction of the federal and state courts located in the United States.
You agree to resolve any dispute, claim, or controversy that relates to or arises with these Terms or Puffix Marketing’ services that are not subject to mandatory arbitration. You also agree to waive any jurisdictional, venue, or inconvenient forum objections to such courts. However, if you reside outside the United States, the preceding principles do not apply. If you are a European Union citizen, you may make a claim in the courts of the country where you reside.
Please note that any claim under these Terms and Conditions must be made within 30 days after the cause of dispute or controversy. If you attempt to make a claim after the said time, the cause of action will be barred from consideration. Moreover, no recovery will be sought, nor will any damage receiving be entertained except that the concerned party will conform to the costs and attorney fee.
If a controversy, dispute, or disagreement arises between you and Puffix Marketing regarding site use, both parties agree to attempt and resolve any dispute between the said parties. This shall be done in good faith, with the sole purpose of resolving the controversy.
In case the dispute remains unresolved within a reasonable time, both parties hold the right to submit such controversy or dispute to mediation. Please note that Puffix Marketing considers a reasonable time to exceed no more than thirty days. If the dispute remains unresolved after the mediation is submitted, the parties are entitled to pursue any right or remedy under the applicable law according to the United States or where you reside.
